Hepsiburada Project

I worked on the B2B side of Hepsiburada, designing across all areas that directly impact sales and merchant experience. This included the merchant dashboard, seller mobile app, public-facing seller pages, and multiple landing pages for supplier and campaign operations. My focus was on creating consistent, data-driven interfaces that improved clarity, engagement, and conversion helping merchants manage their business more efficiently while enhancing the overall platform experience.

Redesign Survey Results

Following the redesign of the Seller Dashboard, user surveys showed an 85% satisfaction rate and over 20 positive merchant comments highlighting improved usability and clarity. The new dashboard also achieved a 120% increase in homepage view rate, proving the success of the redesign in driving engagement and efficiency across daily operations.
